The Company’s shares are admitted to the Official List in the Equity Shares (Transition) category under Chapter 22 of the UK Listing Rules and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities. In order for the shares to be settled electronically, they must be in registered form and admitted to the Euroclear System operated by Euroclear Bank. Settlement of trades may also take place in the CREST System through a CREST Depository Interest (or CDI) over the securities in the Euroclear System.
